In the summer of 2020, Yugen reached out to me with a vision to elevate their brand identity through a captivating logo design. As a YouTube cooking channel dedicated to showcasing the elegance of culinary artistry, Yugen sought a logo that would encapsulate their essence – a harmonious blend of beauty and simplicity.

When tasked with designing the logo for Yugen, the primary objective was clear: to create an icon mark that seamlessly complemented the serene and visually captivating aesthetic of their cooking content. With simplicity, beauty, and tranquility as guiding principles, the goal was to craft a logo that harmonized effortlessly with Yugen's signature style.

After numerous rounds of revisions and nearly-selected versions, the logo for Yugen reached its final iteration. Through a collaborative process of refinement, each design iteration was meticulously crafted to align with the client's vision. Ultimately, the chosen logo emerged as the perfect embodiment of Yugen's culinary aesthetic – modern, simple, and imbued with a serene tranquility that echoed the essence of their cooking visuals and style
